THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIRTUAL PEER MENTORING IN MICRO TEACHING CLASSES

This study aims to explore the implementation of virtual peer mentoring in Micro Teaching classes and identify common teaching aspects assessed by observers. Employing an online observation form focus group discussion, data were collected address research questions. The participants 59 English language education students enrolled three Teaching.
